RAW MANGO was born out of a passion for colours and textiles in the multi-cultured metropolis of London in 2001.
Italian flair combined with the splendour of Oriental fabrics to realise the dream of LARA and BARBARA of expressing a lifestyle through fashion:

Our collection is made in close collaboration with small family businesses of artisans who employ ancient weaving techniques such as IKAT and KHADI and the traditional printing processes of BLOCK PRINT and DABU PRINT using INDIGO and other vegetable-based colours. The result is a unique and original product whose varieties in pattern and colour are part of the value and distinctive quality of the garment.
The foundation of our work is in the research of textiles and the creation of printing stamps produced exclusively for our collections. Production takes place using a “Slow fashion” process, which requires time and the right climatic conditions for the printing and colouring of the fabrics, which must be dried in the sun throughout the various phases. The antithesis of Mass production.
Our boutique is in Palau, Sardinia, the beautiful Mediterranean island, the perfect context for our light and versatile clothes.
